Pelican Cove Canal Owners’ Association

In August 2003, the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) was reorganized for better performance in carrying out the mandates of the owners and the responsibilities of the covenants and restrictions (C&R’s) assigned to the ACC and property owners.

 All owners desiring to construct or do significant alteration to structures and/or to landscaping on their property are required by the C&R’s obtain approval from ACC prior to making changes.

All owners are required by the C&R’s to maintain their property in the conditions stipulated there or in subsequent guidelines issued by the ACC.

The following is a listing of the volunteer members of the ACC and their individual responsibilities:
