Next Board meeting June 6, 2012 at 6 pm at the Chamber office.  The Annual General Meeting wil be June 16, 2012 at Compton Hall sign in beginning at 8 am meeting at 9 am.

Special Meeting June 14th 2008 

To vote on A Special Assessment of $3000 per Lot to fund Phase 2 and certain modifications to Phase 1 of the water quality improvement project.

 Compton Hall. APISD Building. W Yoakum Street 

The President stated the sole purpose of the meeting was to vote on the funding for Phase 2 and certain modifications to Phase 1 of the water quality improvement project. 

The President then opened the meeting for a short question and answer session. Discussions followed with some property owners presenting their views, both for and against the project. 

The President asked the property owners to cast their ballots. 

The meeting recessed at 10.00 a.m. to allow counting of the ballots.

Meeting reconvened 10.15a.m.
The results of the ballot were announced by the President as:  

For the Special assessment of $3000 per lot                                76 and one half votes 

Against the Special assessment of $3000 per lot                          67 votes. 

The President stated the vote passed and there will be a Special Assessment to fund Phase 2 of the Canal Project.
