President called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM.

It had been brought to the attention of the Board that the entrance lights at the North end of Pompano were not working. The President contacted electrician Joe Warren to determine the reason for the problem. It was determined that to restore electrical power to the entrance lighting it would be necessary to connect to a power source approximately 100 yards away and install new wiring and an electric meter.

This Special Meeting was called to obtain Board approval for a proposal by Joe Warren, our electrical contractor, to perform the work necessary to restore electrical power to the entrance lighting.

The proposal submitted by Joe Warren to PCCOA to perform the necessary work was $2192.

Motion: Accept the Joe Warren proposal as submitted.
