President called the meeting to order at 6:29 pm. · City Manager, Kandi Hubert gave a short presentation regarding her goals as the new Aransas Pass. There was a short Q&A session then Ms.Hubert left the meeting. · Motion to approve the minutes from Board of Directors Meeting December 3rd 2008 and Executive Session December 3rd 2008
Moved, Joe Seburn · Financial report o Treasurer gave financial statement: Total liabilities and equity $205105.14. o Balance sheet copies on file. o J.M.Davidson has been paid to date. $50,000.00 is being held back until the remaining small jobs have been completed. President’s report will explain. o All outstanding Special Assessment payments from 2008 have been collected. o 98 owners equaling 111and one half lots still have to pay 2009 Dues and Special assessment o When all dues have been collected and final bills for project paid the association should have a $115,000.00 reserve. o Treasurer is making progress to get a review of the books done by a company in Rockport. · Presidents Report
Follow up from last meeting. 1 Metal grating on Dolphin Avenue has to be leveled 2 Propellers are being reworked in order to prevent debris entering the pipe and causing the pumps to shut down. 3 Vortex preventors are being fabricated and installed to prevent debris entering pipe at low tide. 4 Excess pipe has to be cut back to the wall in the puddle· New sign up date The signs have been completed by Sign Express in Corpus Christi and collected by Gary Hansen. The secretary will liaise with Marvin Smart and Gary Hansen in order to get the ones at the sea gates installed. Joe Seburn will liaise with Irwin Walters regarding the two small signs on the streets. New Business

Plans have been submitted to the Architectural Control Committee
for a new home at 113 Mackerel Court. Block 2 lot 10. o Motion to disallow the application for staircase variance at 113 Mackerel Court
Proposed Jimmy Raper o ACC Chairman will write a letter to the property owners and ask for the plan to be redrawn. Three other items on the plan need clarification. · Landscaping issues were raised. Several lots on the street corners entering Pompano Drive have large mature trees blocking the view to traffic and causing a driving hazard. o Letters will be written to those property owners asking them to trim their trees and clear the view. o Two other properties in the neighborhood have overhanging trees the property owners will be contacted. · Discussion regarding recently observed washing out of concrete trucks on City property and perhaps common property. o Secretary will send a letter to Live Oak Concrete Company and ask them to refrain from washing out their trucks at the intersection of Dolphin Ave on the common property and Bay Street. · Secretary will send an email to all property owners informing them of the City Hall meetings on March 9th and 16th concerning an application to open an Eight liner Slot Machine business opposite the Valero Gas Station on Goodnight Ave (Hwy361). Urging concerned property owners to attend. · Concerns have been shown regarding a large boat in the East canal that has the bilge running constantly. Secretary will call the boat owner. · San Patricio Appraisal has offered a presentation regarding tax appraisals for 2008. Secretary will contact Compton Hall for a Saturday vacancy and set up a meeting for all property owners. Bay Harbor will be invited to attend.
