Meeting Opened at 4 p.m. 

Motion to approve the following minutes:

• October 6^th 2010 Regular session.

• October 6^th 2010 Exec session

Treasurers report:

·        The Board was given copies of the financial status.

·        Motion to approve as written.

Architectural Control Committee Report: 

·        Three (3) new docks have been approved; all are completed.

·        Block 12, Lot 20/21 new home started. First inspection received. Construction of roof is currently on going.

·        Palm trees on median have been trimmed by the city.

Related discussion:

·        The secretary asked about trash in yards.

·        It was agreed by general consent that a letter will be written to a house on Bay Street.

New Business: 

Two homes on Pompano have lots of vehicles every weekend.

·      The secretary was asked to check ownership and inquire if these homes are being rented. 

Regular Meeting adjourned to Executive Session 4:14 p.m.

Resumed Regular Session 4:45 p.m.

·      Next meeting February 2^nd 2011 6:00 p.m.
