Pelican Cove Canal Owners Association President: Irwin Walters Directors & Officers
Present: Joe Seburn, Cliff Battle,
Sandi Keirn Secretary: Wendy Battle Absent: Charlie Goff, Dan Moore. Both were absentees but each sent assigned proxy any business to be conducted. President called the meeting to order at 5:54 p.m. After general discussion, the regular session was adjourned. Adjourn to Executive session 6:05 p.m. * * * * * Resume regular session 6:25 p.m. Architectural Control Committee Cliff Battle had been given an application for a variance to build a 4’ stucco wall in the yard of 113 Sailfish Court, the wall would create a courtyard effect and keep trespassers off the property. The board considered the plans and denied the request as the C & R’s state that no fence or wall can be erected forward of the main building. The property owner will be informed verbally and by letter. Several complaints have been received about the untidy front yards of two properties on Pompano Drive. Both properties have been asked to tidy up in the past. The secretary will send a letter to the property owners on July 14th. If the yards are not tidied quickly the association will arrange to have the work done and invoice the owners. Motion to close the meeting Meeting closed 6:40 p.m.
